Excellent customer service and fair rates.
This agency was okay, until i wanted to cancel my policy. They quoted me a high quote for KY insurance, i then shopped around and found a cheaper quote. Mind you, after they quoted me, i told them that i was not interested and wanted my policy canceled. They not only did not cancel my policy, but sent me a bill and tried to extend my policy for another 6 months.
