I have terrible experience! I have bought my insurance in April. In just two month on Jun 27 I unexpectedly found on the account web page that my policy was changed! No one has notified me - no calls or emails. Someone adjusted my policy and they never gave answers why! And I need to pay $200 more! I sent two emails with questions why? But received just new proposals with auto! And both emails without explanation and clarification why they adjusted it! Im so frustrated!
