I received a letter in the mail from the AllState Shirl Crowe office. I wasn't going to read it, at first. But i remembered that I had not shopped for better homeowners insurance pricing in a few years. So I called. Brittany took my call and was SUPER NICE, HELPFUL, and calming to talk with.
