Very happy to be with Padre Insurance! My last provider couldn’t write our rental property but Sheree’s office was able to get it done in a timely manner.
The process so far has been very easy even with getting different vehicles and adding them to the policy. Great staff all very kind.
Poor service, over charge. No discounts. Retired and been with this company a long time and don't drive alot but I get Charged alot with no accidents or tickets. Time to find another insurance company!
I was having issues in which my mortgage servicer was refusing to pay my homeowners policy from my escrow account. It took nearly 6 weeks before the mortgage servicer paid it. The great people at AllState understood what was going on and helped me to convince the mortgage servicer they needed to pay the premium. During this entire incident AllState not only Insured me but, Ensured me my policy is and will stay in full force as they await payment from my mortgage servicer. Awesome people to work with at AllState
