Stay Away. My family has supported allstate for 20+ years. I have never caused an accident in my life. An uninsured motorist struck and totaled my vehicle with me inside. I provided all the doctors information and access to my medical records so that allstate could pay the bills. Months passed. I asked allstate if they paid any bills to which they will reply " we have been unsuccessful In our attempts to reach or collect bills" but the claim owner has time to review my medical records to see what they can use against me.
