What an awesome team of agents! Always good, attentive service. I am so thankful for a team, and especially, agent, Olivia Willard, who went beyond the call of duty to help us get another insurance company to take responsibility and repair our car that they backed into. Whereas I made several calls but got no answers to my questions about when and how it would be repaired. So I was a long time customer. Started my insurance with them in 2015. They kept going up on the insurance prices. Constantly every year. I had no tickets, no accidents. I had no points at all. I ended up canceling my insurance and they sent me an email for the cancelation. Then ended taking the money from my account. That was a fight to get my money back after I canceled my insurance.
