I've been trying to get in touch with Shawn Purcell's Allstate Office for a few weeks now to cancel a policy that I no longer need. I have left emails and voicemails, none of which have been answered. My account is still being charged for the reoccurring payment - which is far from ideal. I would love to get a response back from Shawn or his office.

I trusted this guy and he was taking advantage of me and charging me 1000.00 more for poor coverage when I switched insurance I got 300,000.00 100,000.00 300,000.00 which is the maximum allowed for 1000.00 a month less then what I was paying him for a 30,00.00 coverage And when I tried to cancel he was no were to be found and after I month of the run around I finally talked to the corporate office and canceled my policy and got a refund They had no record of him doing anything and I sent him multiple signed letters to try an... read more

I would not recommend this business to anyone. This is a shady business. They never return phone calls and I always pay my bill every month and they still canceled my auto insurance policy without notifying me at least 5 times. Allstate auto insurance has definitely gone down hill. The whole reason I chose allstate is because my father had allstate auto insurance for over 30 years and He was never treated this way. Your customer service sucks. I would work on your customer service or you will be out of business.
