Great pricing for the coverage. Didn't like that I was immediately dropped though when they saw the pics of a trampoline in backyard without contacting me first. They shouldn't have already accepted me until this was resolved. Agent left right after I was booked, but the receptionists, Melissa, was very knowledgable, helpful and kind.
Wonderful staff and environment, They gave me an excellent service and answered all my questions and more.
These Folks' customer service is not even worth my hand cartilage of typing this review, but I don't want future Clients to waste their money or time dealing with unprofessional and deceptive people. Allstate will LURE you with low rates and double or even triple, like me, your auto and home insurance rates slowly but SURELY over time. Shop elsewhere and you will be in good hands....Shop with Allstate and you will be in broke, useless hands!
