Extremely unresponsive and unwilling to help if it involves any issue that won't make her money. Don't waste your time! If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
From the moment I switched to this location for my agent the customer service has been poor. It is very difficult to actually get a hold of the agent. I have called numerous times in past situations only for the secretary to take my name, but to never get a call back
