I have had Allstate for over ten years. My daughter was driving my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado RST/Z71 (low mileage, right at 25,000 miles to be exact , one owner vehicle, excellent condition) on November 21, 2024 when a little pot head turned in front of her. Sending my two young grandchildren and daughter to the hospital. My grandchildren are traumatized. My truck was totaled. It is January 3, 2025 and I still haven’t received a check for my truck. The cost of insurance less important than whether they pay when you submit a claim. We had hail damage to our roof. The roofing company showed us pictures that clearly showed hail marks, even to an untrained person. Sadly they told us not to expect much form Allstate as they were near the bottom of companies that pay for hail related damage. Sure enough they did a lot of dancing and it was clear from the start that it was all a show. The homeowners in our neighborhood that placed claims proofed our roofer true. Some companie... read more
