I’ve had a frustrating experience with this company. When you’re signing up or making changes, they respond quickly (likely because there’s money involved). However, when it comes to canceling a policy, the process becomes much more difficult. We reached out a week ago to cancel our auto policy after switching to a new insurer. They never bother to discuss upcoming renewals or bother to try to save you any money I am an existing customer of more than 7 years & have found several wrong options on my policies which were costing me extra unnecessary premium. They have missed last 2 of our scheduled appointments to discuss my policy options & have not bothered to cancel/reschedule or apologise for missed appointment.
