Scott Rose provides personal attention that is hard to find these days. He was able to significantly lower my hurricane deductible (about 70% lower) on my homeowners policy just prior to the 2017 hurricane season. The policy had better coverage on all fronts and the price difference was negligible. He personally followed up with me after Hurricane Irma to make sure everything was alright and to see if I needed help filing a claim.
