Awful experience. Once this agent assumed our policies from a different agent, everything went downhill. Horrible communication. Also, I just found out that the golf cart policy that we had been paying for was invalid. Allstate doesn't even offer it. Which means we were driving around with our kids and didn't have valid insurance since September 2024. This a horrendous mistake. I'm grateful nothing happened or our family could have been in a lot of trouble. Shameful.
I have always had great service with All-State until my last claim for my condo...it has been a fight from the beginning and its taking a long time.for them to approve things and I have been displaced from my home for over a month
