I spoke with Scott several times. I realize that he probably speaks to many people, but each subsequent time, he had no idea about who I was, what we discussed, and no record of the quote he gave me. He couldn't find me "in his notes" and had to start a new quote because the apparently my quote got lost with the notes. Scott Feit was rude and unprofessional. He seemed unaware that I was still on the line and did not properly disconnect the call. During that time, he made an insulting remark about me to someone in the background. This behavior was unacceptable and not an appropriate way to treat a customer or anyone.

I am old and prefer face to face discussions of my policy and coverage. Scott Feit is always available and willing to speak with me. And, more importantly, he is knowledgeable and willing to problem solve.
