Allstate is very sneaky and if you have a claim with them, please make sure you check every email and keep track of every dollar, because they do not help their customers. They are only after your money! I used them for a roof and had to pay thousands of dollars, out of pocket. The adjuster was communicating with the roofer, and I didn't even know what was happening. I’m stuck with Allstate until I can find something else. I had an accident back in January and I was just reimbursed for my deductible maybe a month ago. It took 6 months. I called wanting to speak to my agent, various times to no avail. She never returned my call. I have never had service like this before. I am very disappointed.
