I’m stuck with Allstate until I can find something else. I had an accident back in January and I was just reimbursed for my deductible maybe a month ago. It took 6 months. I called wanting to speak to my agent, various times to no avail. She never returned my call. I have never had service like this before. I am very disappointed.
