When I called for a quote, it didn't match what I was charged - much higher. Did not keep me informed and appeared rude and short. Talked to different agents and prepare yourself for unexpected surprises with quotes. I am disappointed with the services and the pricing. No one was nice (Brandon, Ron, Sara) or seem like they wanted to help me. No one takes care of anyone anymore. I guess it is the office as I have been with Allstate since Birth and this office was the most disappointing.
Sara Tyranski: Allstate Insurance is the best Agency ( I've had Allstate before ) I've EVER purchased! Sarah responds 24/7 ! Has extremely fair LOW comparable rates and is helpful at every turn with documentation or just lending an ear . I finally found a home :)
I have been very pleased. There were no price gauging or pushy sales pitches. I am very pleased which is why I haven't switched. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
