Rate increases due to drive app glitches. Not wanting to register both me and my husband. Then my sister in law was on the policy when no one mentioned her at all. When we told them to remove her when she wasnt listed as an active driver it made the policy go up. Tell me how that makes sense. So they put her back on and my policy still isnt the same as before and I just have to deal with that because the rate was just higher that day.
