I was in getting a copy of my policies
If I could give zero I would. Nothing but problems with this location and company. Was told the last time my policy renewed that I wouldn’t have to come in and do it, I did not but they charged me over double what it should have been, then put the blame on me saying I needed to update my PIP coverage, well if you would have told me I would have. I've been with this agency since April 2023. I'm very happy with them. The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I had another location in Middleville, Mi. They were horrible, they never answered or returned my calls. Yet they were happy to take my payments! This went on for about 6 months. I moved to this agency. They are the best! I've been with Allstate for over 8 years now
