I recently moved back to the wonderful state of Michigan in need of transferring my out of state auto insurance and obtain renters insurance for Michigan. From the first phone call until today, my needs have been met by this wonderful, knowledgeable team at Sara Giannone’s Allstate office. I've been with this agency since April 2023. I'm very happy with them. The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I had another location in Middleville, Mi. They were horrible, they never answered or returned my calls. Yet they were happy to take my payments! This went on for about 6 months. I moved to this agency. They are the best! I've been with Allstate for over 8 years now

Was given a quote, bought the policy and was not told my policy required me to have Allstate drivewise. To be fair I wasn’t lied to because they didn’t say I wouldn’t have to get it but I didn’t find out about it til the policy was paid for and the full details came to me in the mail. They didn’t tell me the whole truth. They earned one star back for canceling my policy immediately when I demanded it and my money is on the way back.
