Sandy was very helpful & responsive. Highly recommend.
Its been over 8 MONTHS since we had our house damaged by a fire. I STILL have a hole in my roof. I can't get a single call back from anyone at this company. They do not fallow the law on policy holders. They never finish your claims, or will deny it outright even without having an agent see or speak to you. By far one of the worst experiences of my life and I am still going through it. I urge you NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY
Terrible experience, my father recently passed away and I had to discontinue his insurance. Office staff was not helpful or friendly. Would not suggest them.
