After being a loyal long-standing customer, we received a letter threatening cancelation if we didn't get our roof re-shingled. We appreciated them letting us know but they didn't need to threaten cancelation. Even though we gave them a date when a contractor would do the work, we received another letter. When the work was completed, they couldn't bother to revisit to confirm the work was done but instead we had to send them various pictures.
