I had been with Geico for years and thought why pay insurance agents when everything is online and so easy. And I thought Geico had the best rates. I was definitely wrong in Samuel's case. I was forced to call him due to some technical difficulty after Geico failed to renew my insurance. I am glad I did. Not only Samuel was excellent and quick with his support and service, he was able to match and beat the price Geico gave me and with better options.
