About once every year I need to review my policy details with them. Every time, They have NOT responded to phone messages or emails for DAYS. I absolutely believe that the 5 star reviews posted are phony. If you want responsive service .... Stay far away.
I tried repeatedly to contact Graisbery Insurance on June 9th, 12th and 16th leaving phone messages and not getting any response. Sadly, as a satisfied customer for many years I suspect something is wrong. I had to reach out to another Allstate agency for assistance and have transferred my policies for servicing to them. At this time, I would not recommend them for your insurance needs.
I've been with them for a very long time and my rates have always been fair, great, and consistent.
They are straight forward people. They always try to get you to the best quote and discounts. They are always available to answer your questions and concerns.
