Had an issue with payment they took the money and then returned it. Everything was fine for three months and then it start doing this after two months of returning the money to me got a cancellation notice for now on payment called Sam to try to resolve this matter, he asked me for documentation on the checks that were issued. I have them tried calling them back. Did not answer. Left messages for three days. Still did not get an answer. Change my agency don’t know why Allstate keeps him as a broker very unprofessional.
About once every year I need to review my policy details with them. Every time, They have NOT responded to phone messages or emails for DAYS. I absolutely believe that the 5 star reviews posted are phony. If you want responsive service .... Stay far away.
I tried repeatedly to contact Graisbery Insurance on June 9th, 12th and 16th leaving phone messages and not getting any response. Sadly, as a satisfied customer for many years I suspect something is wrong. I had to reach out to another Allstate agency for assistance and have transferred my policies for servicing to them. At this time, I would not recommend them for your insurance needs.
I've been with them for a very long time and my rates have always been fair, great, and consistent.
