Incompetent staff; hard to get a hold of anyone unless you’re signing up for a new policy. Got in a very simple accident and no one even bothered to contact me and I couldn’t even get a hold of the adjuster. Their whole system is corrupt. Sam Zahedani doesn’t even answer your simple calls emails. My father in law recommended them, no both of us have switches insurances and the providers. Avoid these people and Allstate insurance all together.

Allstate Insurance increases my policy by $10 to $15 every few months. For insuring a 2017 car, I am paying $196, whereas other insurance companies have quoted me $117 per month. However, when I attempt to cancel and switch to another insurer, they significantly increase my home insurance, forcing me to keep my car insurance with this company at approximately $70 more per month.
