We'd never had any issues up until a few weeks ago, we had to make some changes to our policy, and we felt right from the get-go she was rushing us, when we were done it was a few mins past 5 pm (they close at 5 pm), so as we were on our way out she too headed out quickly and made a comment along the lines that she was late to pick up her daughter from school, and that she was going to be fined $1 for every minute she was late, as if implying that it was our fault she was late, which in my opinion was very unprofessional.
