Do not trust this insurance agent. Will sell you coverage that doesn’t actually cover your vehicle. This is insurance malpractice.
Absolutely terrible experience. My sister’s car was parked at a friend’s house when a tree fell on it and totaled the roof. Because the agent had only put liability coverage on the car (when it should have been comprehensive since it was financed), the claim was denied. When she asked for help, the agent brushed her off and said she should have read the paperwork. She’s young and relied on her agent to do their job right. Now she’s left with a destroyed car and no support. Do not trust this agency with your insurance needs.
If you’re thinking about using this agency—don’t. My sister had a financed vehicle and trusted them to set her up with the right coverage. They only put liability on the car, which is insurance malpractice. After a storm destroyed her vehicle, she was told she had no coverage. The agent refuses to take any responsibility and blames her for not reading the fine print. This is exactly why you pay for an agent: so they don’t make these kinds of mistakes. Run the other way.
A friend of mine's daughter trusted this agency to properly insure her financed vehicle. Instead of placing her on the comprehensive coverage required by the lender, her agent mistakenly gave her liability-only. After her car was destroyed by a tree during a storm, her claim was denied.
