The Allstate team at Ryan Green's agency are fantastic. They took the time to help me on several policies and open my eyes to savings I was not receiving at my former auto insurance company. I also had difficulty with an Allstate app which they took me step by step thru in their office. I really like the team and how they worked with me. Prompt and transparent. I have recommend them to my friends and family.
Everything is great with an agent when you are a customer but once you move and cancel policies good luck. Full disclosure my policy is with citizens but they were the agent of record. I am going on almost 50 Days now of not receiving a large refund check. The agent collected commission on this policy for 19 years but now that there is no more commission I am on my own trying to get my refund.
