This group is incredibly hard to get a hold of and never follows through with anything! We used Graham Agency for our home insurance when we lived in Houston. We moved to Dallas due to work in 2017 and it took no less than four phone calls and finally a call to the corporate 1-800 call center to have them cancel our home insurance policy. I was told then that Ryan was having some personal family concerns that as sad as that is, I'm sorry, you have a team of people in your office to pick up the slack. Signed up in December for home and auto. They never set up my home insurance policy with mortgage company so I went 3 months without insurance unbeknownst to me. The lady who signed me does not work there anymore, go figure. No calls, emails from them just a cancellation letter 4 months later. Poor customer service!
Of course they r great, just pricey.
Carrie Bishop is very kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. She explained so many options and helped me fix an issue on an attached account I didn't even know I had. I highly recommend speaking with her on your insurance needs. Thank You Carrie!!!!
