Good experience overall
I had extensive hail damage to my roof june 23 I called office and was told to call Allstate on 800 number the adjuster would not replace roof so I appealed the decision twice. Finally after 6 months and with help of Andrus Brothers they did replace roof. This office told me there was nothing they could do to help. I had to do it all by myself.
