I turned in a claim for hail damage on my roof. The adjuster made an appointment for next week. He did a thorough inspection. My claim was approved and the roof was replaced. I got a second payment to cover depreciation after replacing the roof. They made the whole experience a good one. I would certainly recommend Allstate and my agent based on my personal experience. Ryan and his staff did an excellent job helping me select just the right coverages for our new home in 2024. Not only was the insurance coverage just right, but the price was the best I found as well. Then when we had the horrible June 5, 2025, hailstorm in Lubbock, Ryan was quick to contact me to see if we were okay. I had extensive hail damage to my roof june 23 I called office and was told to call Allstate on 800 number the adjuster would not replace roof so I appealed the decision twice. Finally after 6 months and with help of Andrus Brothers they did replace roof. This office told me there was nothing they could do to help. I had to do it all by myself.
