I've been with Ryan Bredemeyer since late 2021. I have had nothing but positive experiences with him, and his office. Allstate, like any insurance company, has its issues; but Ryan Bredemeyer has been a fabulous agent, and I've been so grateful for him! He responds quickly and handles changes expediently. Ryan and his staff did an excellent job helping me select just the right coverages for our new home in 2024. Not only was the insurance coverage just right, but the price was the best I found as well. Then when we had the horrible June 5, 2025, hailstorm in Lubbock, Ryan was quick to contact me to see if we were okay. He had an adjuster come inspect our home within days, and we made a fair and equitable settlement right then. I turned in a claim for hail damage on my roof. The adjuster made an appointment for next week. He did a thorough inspection. My claim was approved and the roof was replaced. I got a second payment to cover depreciation after replacing the roof. They made the whole experience a good one. I would certainly recommend Allstate and my agent based on my personal experience.
