It’s really hard to find a good agent especially one who hires good customer service agents. Juans customer service is very poor and he has a major attitude problem. To tell an on time customer to either pay your rates or don’t when all you asked for is an explanation and assistance is super rude. I will be looking for a new agent.
Juan is awesome great insurance just getting pricey, but the whole staff is awesome,friendly,helpful, very satisfied
I have had nothing but bad experiences with AllState they switched my adjuster so many times, they where impossible to get ahold of and they made me pay when a Uhaul hit me while my car was parked.
