Absolutely horrible experience all around. The company committed fraud with my insurance. This was reported to the Insurance Commissioner and is currently under investigation for fraud. There was a major lack of communication, deceit, and major unethical business practices. I was quoted a price for insurance. I cancelled my current insurance to save $80 per month. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I cancelled my policy with them few months ago, or I guess when I cancelled my policy with Kaelynn she didn’t process it right. I showed proof of my new policy with StateFarm, Kaelynn then said she would cancel my policy and that I was good to go. I have not once received a phone call about a back due payment but all of a sudden got a notice from collections. In my opinion these people don’t care about you genuinely, just your money.
