My Son had his Truck, Car and Renters insurance thru this agent I emailed them shortly after his passing. to let him know that he had passed away December 21 and not to renewing anything ! Then they send him an email Happy Birthday ! I called again, then they send me an 11.00 dollar bill for renters insurance. I paid them there 11.00 dollars Poor Business practice No Compassion.
