This review is for agent communication and the insurance increases for year 2023-2024. We have working with Allstate for more than 5 years. The services was always smooth until the last minute. We have to move forward with another insurance company for a better price. Recently made an appointment to update my policy because I have leased a new car. I made an appointment with Mr. Yerian via email. On the day of my appointment. I heard the secretary tell him I am here for my appointment. I overheard him tell her that he doesn’t have an appointment and she came out and told me he is unfortunately not available today. Ron is my brother, and I have been a customer of his for 35-40 years. Allstate and Ron's staff have always treated me and my family very fairly. Prices always great and claims off the hook. 5 STAR RATING!
