It's ok. Except few years ago y'all stopped covering mobile homes.And I had to scramble to find someone else.which was very hard. I mean y'all could have recommended a company. But so that's the only thing have I know it was a few years but I'm still kinda annoyed by it. But my automobile policy is ok .
Dealing with insurance is never pleasant, the compassionate people at Rona’s agency soften the inconvenience greatly. Been meaning to write this review for a while! I was in a bad accident and totaled my car a while back (no one was hurt), I called Rona’s agency in tears, I forget the name of the woman I spoke with but her kindness and humor were such a comfort in that moment.
