Dealing with insurance is never pleasant, the compassionate people at Rona’s agency soften the inconvenience greatly. Been meaning to write this review for a while! I was in a bad accident and totaled my car a while back (no one was hurt), I called Rona’s agency in tears, I forget the name of the woman I spoke with but her kindness and humor were such a comfort in that moment. Why would I refuse to hear offers to make adjustments when that is the reason I called? I never got any such offer. If this was my business, I would pick up the phone and call a local client, but this response on Google and no personal follow up is precisely the point.
Not pleasant when one asks questions, wanting specifics, about huge increases.
Rona is the best: She’s incredibly generous with her time and goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are cared for and fully covered in the ways that are best for them. We’re so lucky to have such an amazing local agent available! Highly recommend
Amazing agency staffed with incredibly helpful and customer-forward staff. You assume a certain level of service as a policyholder; it speaks volumes when you are no longer a policyholder (I moved to another state), and the office treats you no differently.
