Poor service, not professional. Do not recommend this place.
The high number of positive reviews appears to reflect customers who enrolled in a policy but never had to rely on their agent for problem-solving or accountability. When an actual issue arose, my experience with Roman and Natalia was extremely disappointing. They were unprofessional, dismissive. This is not the level of service I expect when dealing with insurance matters.
Roman and his team are excellent! always available, always helpful, always best rates on insurance. Highly recommend!
