They cancelled my home insurance policy without telling me. When I contacted them as my lender told me of the situation. They said they do not know why my policy was cancelled. This cancellation with no notice forced my lender to put an emergency premium on my mortgage. During my discussion with these people they finally said my insurance was cancelled for non payment. This office needs to be held accountable for how they deal with clients. I called representing a client and spoke to Jim. He was rude, unhelpful and downright ugly in his dealings with me. He refused to email me stating that he was not going to help and did not offer legal’s number. I then asked to speak with Justin, the office manager.
