I am a former customer of Allstate. I was in an accident about a month and a half ago with one of their clients that was their fault. I have spoke with too many people to count about trying to get my auto claim settled. They continually offer me about $2,000 under book value for my vehicle. I have provided multiple comparable vehicles and book values showing what I should be paid.
