Was very rude to me. When i signed up for auto pay and the money was not taken out of my account i called freaking out thinking my payment didnt go threw. When he answered he said it shows it went threw but i was confused as to why it dodnt show on my end he grew frustrated and became snippy. The lack of communication between their customer service phone line and their office in your area is very much lacking. When this man Rodney realized I would be giving him only my auto insurance policy instead of also the home owner insurance and flood insurance polices on my 2 homes he was barely interested in me and my auto insurance. He became increasingly less reliable and eventually I had to finish much of the legwork he was supposed to complete. I have read in some of these reviews he has been unprofessional and rude and I completely agree!
