Was very rude to me. When i signed up for auto pay and the money was not taken out of my account i called freaking out thinking my payment didnt go threw. When he answered he said it shows it went threw but i was confused as to why it dodnt show on my end he grew frustrated and became snippy. Ur in good hands with Allstate
When this man Rodney realized I would be giving him only my auto insurance policy instead of also the home owner insurance and flood insurance polices on my 2 homes he was barely interested in me and my auto insurance. He became increasingly less reliable and eventually I had to finish much of the legwork he was supposed to complete.
