My 2nd year with Allstate, don’t like how they automatically renew your policy without consent but that’s the industrial I guess My agent Ms Peggy was best part of changing insurance companies, highly recommend her for service. Mr Rod Zelaya did actually reply by phone and that was nice of him to do so , I would recommend using them for insurance .
I had been struggling with a different Allstate branch in getting my needs handled. I was so fed up, that I decided to see if I could move my policies to a DIFFERENT Allstate office so I walked into Rod Zelaya's physical office. I met with Sarah explained to her what was going on and that I wanted to move my policies to a different Allstate office. Sarah helped me get my policies moved, and within 15 minutes FIXED THREE major insurance issues for us. It was such a massive relief. Thank you Sarah!!
