Surely, I've never had such personal attention to my insurance needs. Always there for me. Good folks to deal with, adding value to the needs of insurance.
I am not a client of this agency. I did receive one of their flyers in mail however. On it they state that they are q “5 Star” on Google. As you can see they are not. They are 4.5 as an office. If you are considering using this agency I strongly recommend you read the 1 Star ratings. I give kudos to Ms Byrd to personally have responded to the 1 Stars. I will not be contacting this agency.
We are coming up on our 5-year anniversary with the Robin Byrd agency so I figure it’s time to give credit where credit is due. Usually you don’t get to know your agent once you first sign up for a policy, but in our case, 3 years ago an unlicensed motorcyclist ran a red light and hit my wife’s nearly new car. I've used them for years. With everything going up in price all around us, I actually went down in my premiums. Very happy with the service and response when I needed answers. I'm not much on giving reviews but when's it's well deserved I will. This definitely is well deserved
Robin's office has an excellent customer service team. Terri is my go-to for everything insurance. She's top-notch, a pleasure to work with and always ready to assist with our insurance needs.
