Robin's office has an excellent customer service team. Terri is my go-to for everything insurance. She's top-notch, a pleasure to work with and always ready to assist with our insurance needs.
The level of unprofessional incompetence I had to deal with from this branch, was astounding. My policy and another customers policy got swapped in the system somehow (they blamed it on us). They also refunded me the other customers money, then told the other costumer that if he wanted his money, he would have to get it from me. While also sharing my payment history and information with the other costumer. I will never be an Allstate customer again after this experience.
Robin is professional, responsive and easy to talk with. A few years ago my longtime carrier canceled me. At that time I spoke to Robin and she was informative. I began to question the cost of the insurance I carried for auto, home, umbrella policies. She provided me with quotes keeping the same amounts of insurance and saved me literally about half of what I had been paying.
They truly care for their customers like family. And they pay closer attention to their needs than any insurance salesperson. And I truly believe they will continue to treat all their customers, including me, better in the future.
Fantastic customer service by Shelby helping me with auto and renters insurance. Terri has helped me over the years as well. Whenever I have a question it's answered immediately and always with great attitudes.
