Teri is extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. She gives me all the information I need to make my decisions. She is one of the reasons I stay with Allstate when constantly bombarded with other insurance companies offering apparently better rates but what is their customer service like!? In these complex times, a helpful person providing guidance is invaluable!
