Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This office is horrible, our account was sold to them when our long time agent retired. This office cannot handle the simplest changes to policies with out messing it up. They are so bad we just switched to a different Allstate agent. Also they do not know insurance, they did not tell me of benefits on a motorcycle policy so they can make more on commission instead of taking car of the customer.
