Do not get insurance through this agency. This agent and his employees are rude and ignorant towards their policy holders. The office manager is rude and hung up on me, when I tried calling back I was hung up on 8 more times. When I finally got to speak to Robert after him dodging me all day he was just as rude and condescending as the rest of the staff.
