It's been fine until I asked to change my payment date. Just because I won't do auto withdrawal, I can't change my payment date. We are on a tight fixed income and sometimes it makes it a little hard to get it on the first part of the month.
Worked for two major insurers in Massachusetts years ago. I initially turned to Allstate for car insurance when my Maine insurer told me they didn’t write policies any more in Florida. Robert O Neil’s agency was extra friendly, found me added discounts and beat every other estimate with aplomb and grace. When I needed homeowners renewal, Ditto on service and cost. Can’t say enough nice.

I love this agency. Excellent customer service, very personalized and they make you feel like you are the one and only customer, that’s how dedicated they are. Would never change.
