Robert Miller was amazing to work with for the last 20 plus years. He is the only reason we have stayed with Allstate. Unfortunately I just got a email saying he is no longer with Allstate. For this reason it’s time to start shopping around for another insurance company. Allstate has not been cheap however we have stayed because of the awesome customer service from Robert and his team.

I've been with Rob Miller for a couple years now and I'm always very impressed. He is always very helpful and answers any questions we might have! He gives us great suggestions on ways to save money our our payments. Rob is the kind of person that seems to know you personally. Which always impress us. He always asks us how we are doing or whats new In life whenever we give him a call. He is also very professional and knows his stuff. They’ve always been very nice and responsive. I love that I can do most everything on the app or through email. It helps me a ton. I’ve had a couple issues with my car over the years and they’ve always taken care of everything in the way I expect.
