Agent is always very helpful and reminds you ahead of time of changes in your insurance or just to remind you that a payment is coming due soon
Worst insurance company to deal with .they don't care about your home or your property. They walked away from my home after it burned down and im having to deal with the courts myself. My insurance agent was at my house while it was burning and she told me what to do and then they pasted the buck and didn't care about me or my 2 kids. Wouldn't recommend alstate to anybody .
Been with AllState for over 40 years never had any problems. My experience with Mr. Zevgolis and his staff have been outstanding I highly recommend him and his staff for your insurance needs.
