Having an office to go to where people know you, in many instances for a lifetime is a great thing. After days of jumping through hoops where the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing I walked into the local office and it was resolved in minutes.
I switched my insurance company after being with the previous company for over 11 years and was delighted to see how helpful the whole office is. Steve answered all of my questions and broke down all the information so I could make an informed decision. I ended up saving over $400 a year and couldn’t be happier. Now a year later I called in about my policy and Ramon assisted me. He gave great information and answered my questions. The whole team is knowledgeable and personable.
