I was with Allstate and The Koss Agency for about 18years. I never really needed to use the insurance too much, maybe a few times for auto insurance for a couple of fender benders. The auto insurance is great no issues! Then when I finally needed them the most for my house (my roof) they wouldn't cover anything! Because I made that claim couldn't change insurance company's for 5 years. So that was the short story.
