I like to share my experience with John Badwell insurance agent from Robert Graham branch. John were very professional with providing me the best rates, and bundle it all together. He had great communication skills, and listen thoroughly to provide my needs. He is awesome! I wish him the best back for helping me, and family. The lady that help answer the phone did a super job. When they have taken automatic payments out of your account. Then they say something is wrong with your account when there isn't. You call to find out what is going on and they tell you everything is ok. Then you get a phone call a couple days later and they tell you that your payment didn't go thru and now they have to rewrite your policy and charger you more money. So now I will never recommend your office to anyone.
Absolute WORST State Farm agent I have ever dealt with. Actually never spoke to him! They do not get back with you, do not fix problems unless you call multiple times. I sold an investment home and needed about 30 days more coverage until closing. I sent in the partial payment. Started receiving messages that my policy would expire in September, home closed late August. No problem, right? I called and told them my home had closed. Then I get notice they have to have proof.
