I tried to contact this insurance agent after a mudslide. The phone # listed is not helpful. I tried 4 times in a row today and got a slightly different experience each time — but none leading to the agent’s office or anyone I could talk to about our situation. Instead, my calls all led to an offer for a $100 ”retail reward” or hung up on me (or the equivalent; an automatic recording asked me to hang it up if I don’t want to claim the shopping reward).
