Dishonest and incompetent.
After 40 years of good Allstate agents and service, I was "taken over" by Robert Feldman when my agent died. It was not long before I noticed a huge difference. Robert is all talk and no action. He is forgetful and arrogant and he does not know his own product. He tries to cover up for this by making things up. This "cognitive dissonance" is not a substitute for competence. I recommend not using Robert or his office.
From start to finish Robert & his team were wonderful from start to finish. Their excellence in customer service showed the true meaning of “You are in good hands with Allstate.” Communication and attention to every detail was right on!! We fully recommend this agency for all insurance. Our experience was flawless!! Thank you again!!
