They call me every day when they're trying to get me to sign up being as nice as they possibly could Since I signed up with their insurance. I haven't heard a word from them. NO HELLO, ANYTHING YOU NEED HELP WITH ,THANK YOU, NOTHING
I always had a hard time getting a hold of anyone when I had questions and needed to talk to someone. Then my policy was canceled but I never got a personal call asking about it before being canceled. It worked out in the end though. I saved 40% by switching provider.
Renewals were over 30% higher. Office slow to respond or unresponsive altogether. You are NOT in good hands with Allstate. Basically told to take it or leave it. Save yourself the hassle and use another insurance carrier.
